Camporee
Hello Everyone!
It is THAT time of the year to begin planning our District Camporee.
The dates for the event are April 21-23 at Beautiful Camp James Ray in Pottsboro,TX.
We will host a total of 3 meetings prior to Roundtable 6:30 PM at Trinity Presbyterian Church (5871 Virginia Parkway McKinney 75071).
What we will need from your Unit:
Attendance at each meeting from your SiC (scout in charge)/SPL along with AiC (Adult in Charge)/Scoutmaster.
Showing up to the meeting is important to help with planning events for each group as well as theme, patch design and obstacle course contribution.
This event will be co-hosted with Western Horizon District, as Council has paired us up to combine resources.
We will offer a zoom link if needed, however this is an event run by the youth and in person participation is encouraged.

February 2 6:15-7PM
March 2 6:15-7PM
April 6th 6:15-7PM
The leaders guide is in progress as we are hosting additional meetings along with WH District to get that completed.
